  • You see an upgrade nudge, not a wall. Employee creation is not blocked, so you are never stopped mid-task. When you are ready, moving up a tier is one step.

  • Add-ons are billed as a flat yearly amount on any paid Workforce tier. They go live through a request-and-approve step, with no automatic charge without your sign-off.

  • Workforce plans (Starter, Business, Scale) are billed once a year; the monthly view shows what that comes to per month. Wurxa PRO and Assets can be paid monthly or yearly, and yearly is billed as 10 of 12 months, so two months are free.

  • No. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

  • Your workspace moves to Free for up to 5 employees. Your data is kept, nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged automatically.

  • No. Attendance and the core platform are the base. WPS / Payroll is an optional add-on at a flat AED 2,400 a year plus VAT.

  • No. WPS, gratuity and overtime are not withheld mid-run because doing so could create regulatory exposure for your business.
