What can employees do in the Wurxa app?
See their own attendance and punches, leave balance and requests, payslips with the full breakdown, documents with expiry dates, expense claims, benefits, company announcements and pulse surveys, and punch in from their phone where the company allows it.
Can employees see their payslips on a phone?
Yes, where the company runs payroll in Wurxa. Each payslip opens with basic, allowances, deductions and net, and the employee's bank IBAN is masked on screen.
Can staff clock in from their phone?
Yes. The app records a selfie and the location with each punch, and the punch lands in the same attendance record as the biometric terminals, marked with its source.
Do managers approve from mobile?
Yes. Leave and expense approvals work from a phone, so a manager on site is never the bottleneck, and the employee is told as soon as a decision is confirmed.
Can staff submit expense claims?
Yes. An employee picks a category (travel, meals, supplies, accommodation, fuel, medical or other), adds the amount and date, and follows the decision in the app.
Can staff request salary certificates and NOCs?
Yes. Salary certificate and NOC letter workflows run from the same employee records, so a letter request never means retyping a salary.
