Yes. Wurxa Assets is free for up to 100 assets, for good, on every plan including the free one, with unlimited users. There is no trial countdown on the free tier and no card is needed to start. Prices after that are published in AED.
What happens when I reach 100 assets?
Nothing you have is taken away. Every asset already in the register keeps working, and checking assets in and out is never blocked. Only adding new assets waits until you choose a larger band, starting at AED 390 a year + VAT for up to 500 assets.
How much does it cost after the free tier?
Up to 500 assets is AED 39 a month or AED 390 a year; up to 1,500 is AED 69 or AED 690; up to 5,000 is AED 119 or AED 1,190; up to 15,000 is AED 219 or AED 2,190. All prices are + 5% VAT, yearly gives two months free, and above 15,000 assets we agree a price with you. Users are never charged for.
Do I have to use Wurxa for HR or attendance as well?
No. Wurxa Assets works on its own. If you later add attendance, leave or payroll, the same employee records hold both, so the assets someone holds show on their profile.
Can I move my Excel asset register across?
Yes. Import it with the spreadsheet template, and Wurxa shows you anything it could not read before a single row is saved. If your list is in another system, message us and we will help you move it.
We have offices and sites in more than one emirate. Does that work?
Yes. Each asset has a location, so you can see what sits in the Dubai office, the Abu Dhabi site or the Sharjah warehouse, and stock audits run site by site.
Do I need barcode scanners or special labels?
