Every employee is one record: profile, department, site, role, salary, documents, terminal enrolment, leave, attendance and the assets they hold. Change it once and the roster, the reports, payroll and the employee's own app all see the change.
Most workspaces start by importing a spreadsheet. Rows are matched on the Employee ID, so importing the same person twice updates them instead of creating a duplicate. A blank cell never erases what is already saved, and nothing is written until you have read a preview of who is new, who is updated and which rows are blocked, with the reason for each.
Never find out a visa expired from the person holding it.
Visa, Emirates ID, passport and labour card dates sit on each employee's record. Expiring documents raise renewal tasks on their own, so the PRO work starts before the date, not after a fine.
Employees see their own documents and expiry dates in the Wurxa app, so the person whose visa is due knows as early as HR does.
Attendance and leave on the record you already keep.
Punches arrive live from the ZKTeco terminals already on your walls, over ADMS push with no server on site, or from the Wurxa phone app with a selfie and the location. The Time board shows who is in, late, on leave or absent at every site as it happens.
Leave balances follow UAE labour law, employees request from their phone, and Wurxa warns you before an approval leaves a site short. Approved leave shows on the roster and stops a day counting as absent, so attendance and leave never argue with each other.
Run every site the way it actually works.
Each site has its own working hours, weekly rest days, grace period and time zone. A head office in Dubai, a warehouse in Jebel Ali and a branch in another Gulf country each keep their own weekend and their own clock, while the employee records stay in one place.
Someone who covers two sites is one person with one record. Add them to another site's roster without moving them, and their home site, terminals and history stay as they were.
