The Workspace address add-on gives your company its own sign-in address on wurxa.com, for example yourcompany.wurxa.com. Staff open that address and see your company name and logo above the sign-in form. It costs AED 240 a year plus 5% VAT (AED 252 in total) on any paid Wurxa plan, and the shared app.wurxa.com address keeps working beside it.

Choose a name and your workspace answers at yourcompany.wurxa.com. It is easier to say, to bookmark and to put in a welcome message than a shared address, and it is yours alone.

When someone opens your address, the sign-in page greets them as your company, with your name and logo above the form. It shows your name and logo and nothing else about your workspace.
The shared address keeps working. Terminals and punches are untouched.
app.wurxa.com stays open for everyone, with or without the add-on, so no bookmark or habit breaks. Your biometric terminals and the punches they send are not affected by an address, because they never use it.
Change it, remove it, keep it on your terms.
Your owner or IT admin sets the name from Settings, and every change is recorded in the audit trail. A name can be changed once every 30 days, and the old name is held for 30 days so nobody else can take it.

No. The shared app.wurxa.com address keeps working for everyone, with or without the add-on. Your address is an additional way in.
Do people have to sign in again?
Yes, once. Sessions are kept per address, so the first visit to yourcompany.wurxa.com asks for a fresh sign-in.
Who can choose or change the address?
Only the workspace owner or an IT admin. A name can be changed once every 30 days, each change is recorded in the audit trail, and the previous name is held for 30 days so no one else can take it.
Does it change my terminals or attendance punches?
No. Terminals and the punches they send do not use your workspace address, so nothing about attendance, reports or payroll changes.
How do I add it?
Your workspace owner buys it by card in Settings > Company, on a paid plan. It switches on when the payment clears, and then your owner or IT admin picks the name. Workspaces on a negotiated contract can ask the team in chat.
What happens if the add-on lapses?
Your address shows a plain "This address is paused" page. Your workspace and app.wurxa.com are not touched, and everyone can keep signing in there.
