Do you replace our existing biometric device?+
No. Wurxa connects to the ZKTeco device you already own via the standard ADMS protocol. No new hardware required.
Do employees have to re-enrol their fingerprints?+
No. Biometric templates stay on the device. Wurxa reads the punches the device already produces, so nobody re-enrols.
Where is our data stored?+
On a managed cloud server, encrypted in transit and at rest. You own it and can export or delete any time, with a DPA on request. Biometric templates never leave the device. A dedicated UAE data-residency deployment is on our roadmap, and we will say so the day it is live, not before.
How long does setup take?+
A typical 50-employee company is live in an afternoon. The guided onboarding walks through device connection, employee import, and shift configuration. Larger multi-site setups take a working day.
Does it generate a bank-ready WPS file?+
