Wurxa PRO for Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer centres

You file on the portal. Wurxa keeps everything around it.

The short answer

Wurxa PRO is software for UAE typing centres that handle Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer work. It does not file anything on a government portal: your team keeps doing that. It keeps the work around each application in one place: the customer and their companies, licences, employees and dependants; a case for each job from intake to delivery, labelled with the portal (Tas'heel, Amer, ICP, GDRFA, MoHRE and others) and its reference number; renewal tasks with reminders to your team before licences and documents expire; and quotes and invoices with the government fee kept outside VAT. It costs AED 249 a month plus VAT, or AED 2,490 a year plus VAT, with 150 cases included.

5 days with every feature. No credit card required.

By kind of work

How each kind of work runs in Wurxa

Tasheel work

MoHRE labour services such as work permits and labour contracts. Open a case, set the portal to Tas'heel, record the application number and status as it moves, and bill the government fee and your service fee from the same case.

Amer work

Dubai residency services such as new visas and renewals. Set the portal to Amer Center or GDRFA Dubai, keep the reference number on the case, and track dependants' visa validity on the customer record.

Tadbeer work

Domestic worker services. Add each Tadbeer service to your catalogue with its fee and your price and run it as a case. Tadbeer is not one of the portal labels yet, so these cases use "Other" with the reference number typed in.

What is in Wurxa PRO

From the walk-in to the renewal

Customers and contacts

Individuals and companies, with Emirates ID, passport, nationality and TRN, and several contacts per customer with one marked as primary.

Establishments and licences

Each company customer can hold several establishments, each with its licences, issuing authority and dates, plus its employees, their documents and their dependants.

Renewals queue

Licences due for renewal in one queue. Every dated licence, employee document and dependant visa gets a renewal task, with reminders to your team 30, 14 and 7 days ahead and on the day.

Cases

Intake, documents collected, submitted, in processing, ready for pickup, delivered. Each case carries an owner, a due date, uploaded documents, the portal and its reference number.

Service catalogue

Your services with the government fee, your service fee, VAT, turnaround days and the documents to collect, so a new case starts from the right checklist.

Quotes and invoices

Quotes that convert to invoices, credit notes, payments across several invoices, advances, customer ledgers and ageing. VAT is charged on your service fee, not the government fee.

A link for the customer

Each quote or invoice has its own page the customer opens, prints or saves as a PDF. Send it by email from Wurxa or as a WhatsApp chat link.

Leads

Walk-ins and enquiries tracked from new to contacted, qualified and converted, then turned into a customer in one step.

What Wurxa PRO does not do

Questions

Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer centres: common questions

Does Wurxa PRO work for Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer centres?

Yes, as the system your team runs the work in. Each job is a case linked to the customer and, for company work, the establishment, labelled with the portal and its reference number, with the government fee and your service fee. Tas'heel, Amer Center, ICP, GDRFA Dubai, MoHRE, DED and MOFA are portal labels today; Tadbeer cases use Other with the reference typed in.

Does Wurxa submit applications on Tasheel, Amer or ICP?

No. Wurxa has no connection to any government portal and submits nothing. Your team keeps submitting on the portals as it does today, and records the reference number and status on the case so anyone at the counter can answer the customer.

Will it remind us before a customer's licence or visa expires?

Yes. Every licence, employee document and dependant visa with an expiry date gets a renewal task, and your team is reminded 30, 14 and 7 days before and on the day. Establishment licences also appear in the renewals queue. The reminders go to your staff, not to the customer.

How is VAT handled on government fees?

VAT is charged on your service fee only. The government fee is shown on the quote or invoice but kept outside VAT, and VAT can be switched off on a document if your centre is not VAT-registered.

Can a customer pay an invoice online?

Not through Wurxa. The customer opens the quote or invoice from a link and can print it or save it as a PDF; you record the payment when it is made. Payments can be split across several invoices, and money paid in advance stays on the customer's account.

How much does Wurxa PRO cost?

AED 249 a month plus VAT, or AED 2,490 a year plus VAT, which is two months free. 150 cases are included. Every new workspace starts with a 5-day trial with every feature and no credit card.
