Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer: How One Centre Runs All Three Without Losing Track

What Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer work usually involves, where centres lose track, and how one system with a case per job, one customer file and renewal tasks keeps all three in order.

Plenty of UAE typing centres do more than one kind of government work under one roof. A single morning can bring a company owner who needs a work permit, a family renewing residency visas, and a household asking about a domestic worker. Each of those jobs lives in a different government channel, with its own steps, reference numbers and fees. The centre that keeps them straight earns trust. The one that mixes them up spends its afternoons on the phone.

This guide explains, in plain terms, what each kind of work usually involves, and how to run all three from one system without losing track of a single file.

What each kind of work is, briefly

The descriptions below are deliberately general. Service lists, fees and procedures change, and some depend on the emirate, so always check the official channel for the current position before advising a customer.

Tasheel work. Tas'heel centres handle labour services for the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE): for example work permits, labour contracts and related establishment services for private-sector employers.

Amer work. Amer centres in Dubai handle residency and visa services for the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA Dubai): for example new residence visas, renewals and related applications.

Tadbeer work. Tadbeer centres provide domestic worker services under MoHRE, such as recruitment and related services for households employing domestic workers.

Around these sit other services many centres also offer: ICP applications for identity and residency, trade licence work with the economic department, attestation, and more. The pattern is the same for all of them: the application is filed on an official channel, and everything around it has to be kept somewhere.

Where centres lose track

Running three streams of work side by side creates the same failure points again and again:

The fix is not a separate tool per channel. It is one place where every job, whatever channel it goes through, follows the same shape.

One shape for every job: the case

Treat every piece of work as a case, regardless of which channel it is filed on. Each case carries:

In Wurxa PRO, cases move through fixed stages: Intake, Documents collected, Submitted, In processing, Ready for pickup and Delivered. Each case is labelled with its portal, chosen from ICP / ICA, GDRFA Dubai, MOHRE, DED, MOFA, Amer Center, Tas'heel or Other, and your team types in the reference number and status as the application moves.

Wurxa does not connect to or submit on any government portal, and that is by design. Your team keeps filing where it files today. Wurxa is the system your team runs the work in, so whoever is at the counter can answer "where is my application?" in seconds.

How each stream runs in practice

Running Tasheel work. Open a case for the customer's establishment, pick the service from your catalogue, set the portal to Tas'heel, and record the application number as soon as you have it. As the status changes, move the case through its stages. When it is done, raise the invoice from the case with the government fee and your service fee on it.

Running Amer work. Open a case for the individual or the sponsoring company, set the portal to Amer Center or GDRFA Dubai, and keep the reference number on the case. Because dependants and their visa validity live on the customer record, the family's next renewal is already in view.

Running Tadbeer work. Add each Tadbeer service you offer to your catalogue with its fee and your price, and run it as a case like any other. Tadbeer is not one of the portal labels in Wurxa PRO today, so these cases use Other, with the reference number typed in. The case, the documents and the billing work exactly the same way.

One customer file across all three

The biggest gain from a single system is one customer file. A company customer in Wurxa PRO holds its contacts, its establishments, the licences on each establishment with their issuing authority and dates, and the employees and dependants with their documents. Individuals carry Emirates ID, passport and nationality.

So when the same company comes back for a Tasheel job in March and an Amer job in June, it is the same record, with the full history of cases, documents and invoices in one place.

Renewals that follow from the work

Every Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer job leaves dates behind: a licence expiry, a visa validity, an Emirates ID. In Wurxa PRO, every dated licence, employee document and dependant visa gets its own renewal task, and your team is reminded 30, 14 and 7 days before and on the day. Establishment licences also sit in one renewals queue. The reminders go to your staff, not the customer, so the call that wins the renewal comes from someone they know.

Billing that keeps government fees separate

Mixed fees are where many centres get VAT wrong. In Wurxa PRO, VAT is charged on your service fee only; the government fee is shown on the quote or invoice but kept outside VAT. Quotes convert to invoices, credit notes are supported, and payments can be split across several invoices or held as an advance on the customer's account, with a ledger and ageing.

Each quote or invoice has a page the customer opens from a link, by email from Wurxa or as a WhatsApp chat link, and can print or save as a PDF. Payment is recorded by your team when it arrives.

Frequently asked questions

Can one system handle Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer work?

Yes. In Wurxa PRO every job is a case linked to the customer and, for company work, the establishment, labelled with the portal and its reference number, with the government fee and your service fee. Tas'heel, Amer Center, GDRFA Dubai, ICP, MOHRE, DED and MOFA are portal labels; Tadbeer cases use Other with the reference typed in.

Does Wurxa PRO connect to Tasheel, Amer or Tadbeer systems?

No. Wurxa PRO does not connect to or submit on any government portal. Your team keeps filing on the official channels, and Wurxa keeps the customer, the case, the reference number, the renewal and the invoice in one place.

What is the difference between Tasheel, Amer and Tadbeer?

Broadly, Tas'heel centres handle MoHRE labour services such as work permits and labour contracts, Amer centres handle Dubai residency and visa services for GDRFA Dubai, and Tadbeer centres provide domestic worker services under MoHRE. Services and procedures change, so check the official channel for the current position.

How are government fees and VAT shown on invoices?

VAT is charged on your service fee only. The government fee is shown on the quote or invoice but kept outside VAT, and the customer opens the document from a link to print or save as a PDF.

How much does Wurxa PRO cost?

AED 249 a month plus VAT, or AED 2,490 a year plus VAT, with 150 cases a month included. You can start free with no credit card.
