OTP codes without chasing IT.
For accounts protected by an authenticator app, save the setup key once and the live 6-digit code shows on the employee's tile while their access is active. When the code goes to your email or phone instead, the employee taps Request code, you get an alert, and the code you paste appears on their tile for 10 minutes.

Is Wurxa's software license management free?
Yes. Software & Subscriptions is a free module for every Wurxa workspace. Turn it on from Modules in your workspace; there is no card to enter and no charge per seat or per user.
Can I give an employee a software license for just a few days?
Yes. Choose 3 days, a week, a month, until the subscription renews, or open-ended. The app appears on the employee's My apps tile with the time left, and when the time is up the seat returns automatically and is free for the next person.
Can employees use a shared account without seeing the password?
Wurxa shows a shared password only to the employee holding the seat, only during their time, for 30 seconds at a time, and records every reveal and copy. When their access ends the login locks, and if the password was seen Wurxa reminds you to change it.
How does Wurxa handle OTP and two-factor codes on shared accounts?
For accounts that use an authenticator app, the admin saves the setup key once and Wurxa shows the live 6-digit code on the employee's tile while their access is active. For codes sent by email or text, the employee taps Request code, the admin is alerted, and the code they paste appears on the employee's tile for 10 minutes.
What happens to software licenses when an employee leaves?
When you deactivate an employee in Wurxa, every software seat they hold is returned automatically, alongside the devices they hand back. If they ever saw a shared password, Wurxa asks the admin to change it.
Who can see the passwords and license keys?
Only the workspace owner and IT admins, and the employee holding the seat while their access is active. HR and managers can see who holds which app, never the secret. Passwords and keys are encrypted and are never included in emails or notifications.
Does it track software renewal dates and costs?
Yes. Each app records its plan, seats, cost, billing cycle, renewal date and owner, and Wurxa reminds you before the renewal, so you can drop unused seats before you pay for another year of them.
What if every seat of an app is already in use?
Wurxa never assigns more seats than you own. When an app is full, the request joins a waitlist, so you can see who is next as soon as a seat comes back.
What kinds of software can I manage?
Any subscription or license your company pays for: apps where each person gets their own seat, a shared login used by one person at a time, and license keys for desktop software. Each app is set to the way people get in, and employees see only what that needs.
Do employees need another app or another login?
No. Their software appears under My apps in the Wurxa employee app and on the web, the same place they already check leave and payslips. They get a notification when an app is lent to them.
