Is there a free asset management plan?
Yes. Wurxa Assets is free for up to 100 assets, with unlimited users, on every plan including the free one. There is no trial countdown on the free tier and no card required to start.
What can Wurxa Assets track?
Laptops, desktops, phones, vehicles, tools, machinery, furniture, POS terminals and any other equipment your company owns. Each asset carries its own tag, category, location, holder, purchase cost and expiry dates.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Wurxa prints barcode and QR labels for you, and a phone camera reads them. A scanner gun works too if you already have one.
Can I import my existing asset list?
Yes. Import from a spreadsheet using the template, and Wurxa shows you what it could not read before anything is saved. If your register is in another asset management system today, ask us and we will move it across for you.
Does it track who has each asset?
Yes. Assign an asset to an employee and Wurxa keeps the custody history: who took it, when, and when it came back. Assets held by someone appear on their employee profile, which is what makes offboarding straightforward.
