Every customer document, dependent visa, and establishment licence gets a grace window after expiry before it counts as overdue: residency 30 days, labour card 60, Emirates ID 30, set platform-wide. Status moves from valid to expiring to in-grace to overdue, and the reminder fires before the penalty window closes, not after.

Individuals and corporates. A corporate customer opens a Kanban of its branches, each branch a list of employees, each employee card carrying documents and dependents with an expiry pill. Add a residency, labour card, or custom document type; it auto-creates a renewal task.
