The agreement between you and WebWurx for using the Wurxa platform.
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Wurxa, operated by WebWurx. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
“Service” means the Wurxa websites, applications and APIs. “Customer”, “you” means the business or person using the Service. “Customer Data” means data you submit to or generate in the Service, including data about your staff. “WebWurx”, “we”, “us” means the operator of Wurxa.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the activity of users in your workspace.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; resell the Service without authorisation; upload unlawful content or malware; or use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
As between the parties, you own your Customer Data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and deliver the Service to you, and to provide support and security. We process Customer Data in line with our Privacy Policy and your instructions.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Data and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including UAE labour law, data-protection law, and any employee notices or consents required to process staff data (including attendance and document data) through Wurxa. Wurxa is a software tool, not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting or payroll advice.
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by WebWurx and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the right to use it as described.
The Service may integrate with third-party products (for example biometric devices, payment processing, and analytics). Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Computed outputs (such as overtime, gratuity, or WPS files) are tools to assist you and must be reviewed before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete it, subject to legal retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the competent courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
