      Do you replace our existing biometric device?

      No. Wurxa connects to ZKTeco devices you already own via the standard ADMS protocol. No new hardware required.

      Where is our data stored?

      Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement on request. Biometric templates stay on the device. Wurxa never receives or stores them. You own your data and can export it any time.

      How long does setup take?

      A typical 50-employee company is live in under an hour. The guided onboarding walks through device connection, employee import, and shift configuration. Larger multi-site setups take a working day.

      What happens if our internet goes down?

      ZKTeco devices buffer up to 24 hours of punch logs locally and sync automatically the moment connection returns. No data is lost.

      Do you support Arabic?

      Yes. Arabic and English at launch. Hindi and Tagalog are on the V2 roadmap, reflecting the makeup of most UAE workforces.

      Can I export my data?

      Yes, any time, as CSV. You own your data and can export or delete it whenever you choose. There is no lock-in.

      Can employees see their own payslips and leave balance?

      Yes. The employee app has a Me tab with payslips and expandable breakdowns, personal documents with expiry dates, leave balance using UAE statutory accrual, expense claim history, and any benefits on file. Employees see their own data without asking HR.

      Can employees submit expense claims?

      Yes. Employees submit a claim from the app with category, amount, and date. HR approves or rejects it with a note from the same panel as leave, and the employee is notified of the decision instantly.

      Does Wurxa keep up with the latest UAE WPS requirements?

      Yes. Wurxa generates WPS-ready SIF files and validates them before submission, checking employee basic-salary and joiner records so a flagged file never reaches the bank. As WPS rules tighten through 2026, the validation is updated centrally, with nothing for you to reconfigure.

      Do you integrate with our POS system?

      Foodics is in development for Q4 2026, pushing hours-worked-per-station so labour cost lands back in your dashboard. Loyverse, Erply, Lightspeed Retail, and Posist are on the 2027 roadmap. If you run a POS we have not listed, tell us and we will give you a realistic ETA.
