Yes. The Wurxa phone app records the location with each punch and takes a selfie, which you can make required, so you can try Wurxa without a terminal. Most teams mix the two: terminals at fixed sites, phones for drivers, supervisors and anyone who moves between locations.
Yes, with the Payroll and WPS add-on. Payroll starts from recorded attendance and approved leave, and Wurxa builds the SIF file in your bank's layout, checking every IBAN, routing code and MOHRE person ID before the file is made.
Yes. Overtime is worked out from roster-aware recorded hours at 125%, and 150% for night work, the weekly rest day and public holidays. Gratuity follows Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 from the joining date and basic salary on the employee record, and leave follows UAE defaults.
Yes. Employee records are shared while working hours, rest days, grace periods and time zones are set per site, so sites across the UAE and the wider Gulf each run on their own rules.
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of every feature, with no card. You do not need a terminal to try it: clock in from your phone. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan with your data intact.
